Westbrooke is a 130 unit, Private Unit Development (PUD) located in West Knoxville. The neighborhood is located between Lovell Road and Bob Gray Road, just East of Pellissippi Parkway.
The condominiums in Westbrooke consist of four different styles:
- The Ash Model is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, no garage, and has approximately 1043 sq. ft.
- The Birch Model is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage, and has approximately 1069 sq. ft.
- The Dogwood Model is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage, and has approximately 1345 sq. ft.
- The Fir Model is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage, and has approximately 1537 sq. ft.
The Westbrooke community is zoned for the following school systems:
- Elementary: Ball Camp Elementary
- Middle: Cedar Bluff Middle School
- High: Harden Valley Academy
As well, Westbrooke is zoned for County Commission district 6 and School Board district 6.
The homeowners association fees are close to the lowest in the city at $75/month. This fee is used by the Homeowners Association to provide outside maintenance to the units, garbage pickup, maintain the swimming pool, and the other common areas of the property.
